Why endings?  Whether we like it or not, endings are a part of life.  They are woven into the fabric of life itself, both when it goes well, and also when it doesn’t.  Life has seasons, stages, and phases.  For there to be anything new, old things have to end, and it’s hard to let go.  Growth itself demands that we move on. Without the ability to let go, we stay stuck.  Some of our behaviors and destructive patterns and practices can hold us back.  Endings are not only part of life; they are a requirement of living and thriving.
